Pilates is a style of workout also known as reformer, low impact, contrology, functional movement, strength, and conditioning. Pilates has different styles such as traditional pilates, contemporary (modern) pilates. We utilize contemporary pilates.
Rebound, or bounce, is a fun, high-intensity full body workout on a mini-trampoline. Hardcore Bounce improves quicker weight loss than any other type of cardio workout due to opposing gravity and G-force. Our trampoline class increases endurance on a cellular level and boosts lymphatic drainage and immune function.
Our Hardcore Fitness Circuit Class will leave you feeling like you just ran a marathon! This is a 45 minute, full body workout, using multiple machines, weights, and functional movements. You will burn a tremendous amount of calories and work on firming up your muscles – that’s why we call it ‘Burn & Firm’!
Our Hardcore Fitness Bootcamp Class uses body weight, equipment, and functional strength to push you to your personal best for a stronger you! No muscle will be left untouched once you complete this workout. Our studio has an outdoor area with plenty of space for different workout stations. On a timed schedule, complete each exercise before moving onto the next. Bring plenty of water because you will SWEAT!
Private sessions are the most effective way to learn, practice and perfect Pilates performance. The instructor devotes undivided attention to your specific needs and develops a customized program to produce optimum results.
