Our Hardcore Fitness Bootcamp Class uses body weight, equipment, and functional strength to push you to your personal best for a stronger you! No muscle will be left untouched once you complete this workout. Our fitness studio in Upper Kirby has an outdoor area with plenty of space for different workout stations. On a timed schedule, complete each exercise before moving onto the next. Bring plenty of water because you will SWEAT!

Our bootcamp classes at our Houston fitness studio are 45 minutes in length. There are 8 spots available for each class and the entire class is conducted outside. We offer 3 bootcamp classes each week. We play a variety of music while you complete the outdoor circuit to get you energized and ready to work.
These workouts are great for beginners! Please wear comfortable workout/sports attire and shoes. When regularly coming to our bootcamp classes we recommend a balanced meal plan that includes slow-releasing carbohydrates, high protein, and good fats.
