Hardcore is such a welcoming environment. Regardless of the instructor, you will be warmly greeted upon arrival. The instructors are passionate about what they do, and work hard to ensure your form is correct and that you’re challenging yourself just enough. Claire and Wayne always give me modifications for my height, which makes a great difference.

I absolutely love Hardcore Fitness: Pilates! Claire is a great instructor, very helpful and patient. I am very new to this kind of workout and even though the reformer can be challenging at times, she is very encouraging!

My experience today was nothing less than amazing! Wayne was very patient with me . This was my first time to bounce and pilates classes so it was a bit scary. I felt comfortable with the support of Wayne our instructor guiding me through the moves. I will definitely be signing up for the beginner’s pilates class so I can get more familiar with the moves!!

Great class that really works your booty and core, Claire is a great instructor, always making sure her students are in the proper position and always changing up the class keeping us guessing what will be next. Its a wonderful workout that really works.

I loved the jumpboard class! It’s the perfect mix of muscle work and cardio!! I don’t usually like afternoon workouts but I will definitely be back for this class.
