Our trampoline class at our Houston pilates studio increases endurance on a cellular level and boosts lymphatic drainage and immune function. Rebounding can help with stress and benefit mental health due to the release of endorphins and automatic tensing and relaxing of muscles which promotes blood circulation and oxygen supply. What equipment is used?
At our pilates studio near Montrose, we use mini trampolines, weights, bands, and ankle weights. If you are taking a bouncelates class you will also utilize the pilates reformer.
How long is a rebound class?
Our classes are 45 minutes long which includes a warm up and cool down/stretch.

What do I wear to a rebound class?
Gym attire is just fine, you may prefer sticky socks for reformer use, tennis shoes for versa climber, trampoline, and Bootcamp.

Bouncelates is the most popular class combining Bounce and Pilates for a total full-body workout! Half of the class duration will be spent on the mini-trampoline, or rebounder, and the other half will be on the pilates reformer.
