The Hardcore Pilates method is like no other workout! Our sport-specific movements focus on high-intensity and endurance training for a full-body workout! We fuse the old traditional method of Pilates with our own contemporary style to tone and strengthen smaller muscles groups, and will leave you sweaty and ready for more!

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a style of workout also known as reformer, low impact, contrology, functional movement, strength, and conditioning. Pilates has different styles such as traditional pilates, contemporary (modern) pilates. We utilize contemporary pilates.

We fuse the old traditional method of Pilates with our own contemporary style to tone and strengthen smaller muscles groups, and will leave you sweaty and ready for more!

Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels of ability and fitness. If you do have any health concerns or injuries, seek advice from a GP before starting a program. If you are beginner and never have been on the reformer we recommend attending the beginner class or booking a 1:1 consultation to learn the reformer and pilates foundation.

Experience Pilates

Equipment Used
At Hardcore Fitness, we use a pilates reformer, ankle weights, weighted balls, dowels, magic circles, hand weights, versa climber, trampolines, booty bands, and kettlebells in our workouts to really enhance the level of movement and strength training. In our outdoor bootcamp class, we use ropes, sleds, bands, slam balls, and mats.

Our classes are 50 minutes long which includes a warm up and cool down/stretch.

What to Wear to Pilates
Gym attire is just fine, you may prefer sticky socks for reformer use, tennis shoes for versa climber, trampoline, and Bootcamp.
