Hardcore Pilates

Our signature Reformer Pilates class is designed around intelligent flow sequencing, emphasizing strength and control. Expect purposeful transitions, continuous movement, and resistance-based work designed to eliminate weak links and create a strong, balanced body.

Bouncelates

A dynamic fusion of Pilates and rebounding that combines low-impact cardio with strength and core work. Using the rebounder helps improve cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and balance while being gentle on the joints and supportive of lymphatic circulation.

Who it’s for:

  • All levels — no rebounding experience required
  • Our instructors offer lower-impact options as well as more challenging progressions to meet you where you are
  • Anyone wanting a joint-friendly cardio workout that still builds strength and coordination

Athletic Pilates

A strength-driven Pilates format that combines reformer work with heavy dumbbells and functional movement patterns. This class is designed to build power, muscular endurance, and control while maintaining proper alignment and intelligent progression.

  • Clients with some Pilates or strength-training experience
  • Those looking for a more athletic, strength-focused challenge
  • Anyone ready to progress beyond foundational reformer work

Private Sessions

Private sessions offer personalized, one-on-one Pilates tailored to your body, goals, and movement needs. Using focused instruction and optional InBody body composition scans, your instructor can track progress and help guide strength, mobility, and balance — creating intentional, measurable results without weak links.

Stretch Sessions

Our guided stretching sessions are designed to improve mobility, reduce tension, and support recovery. Available in 15-minute and 30-minute sessions, these focused stretches complement your Pilates and rebounding training — helping your body move more freely and feel more balanced.
