Our Burn & Firm Circuit Class will leave you feeling like you just ran a marathon! This is a 45 minute, full-body workout, using multiple machines, weights, and functional movements. You will burn a tremendous amount of calories and work on firming up your muscles – that’s why we call it ‘Burn & Firm’!

What is Circuit Training?

Our Hardcore Fitness Circuit Class will leave you feeling like you just ran a marathon! This is a 45 minute, full body workout, using multiple machines, weights, and functional movements. You will burn a tremendous amount of calories and work on firming up your muscles – that’s why we call it ‘Burn & Firm’!

Burn & Firm Equipment Used and Class Rotation

Equipment:

  • Pilates Reformer
  • Rebounding Trampoline
  • Versa Climber
  • Free Weights
  • Bodyweight

Class Rotation:

  • 15 minutes at the climber station
  • Rotate
  • 15 minutes on the trampoline using free weights and functional movements
  • Rotate
  • 15 minutes of bodyweight exercises for added calorie burn and firming your whole body
  • Rotate
  • 15 minutes on the pilates reformer

What to Expect

You will break a sweat in this class! You will want to bring plenty of water, bring a small towel if you prefer, and wear comfortable clothing and shoes that will allow you to move freely.
